- Multiple issue insertion - $50 each.
- 130 x 130 jpg files only will be accepted. Hyperlinks to your site are acceptable.
Note: Non-members will be charged an additional $10 per submission if approved.
"The Packet"
A monthly service that delivers hardcopy flyers to each of our offices.
- Single month flyer insertion service:
- $200 for 1 flyer per office (160)
- $450 for 1 flyer per REALTOR®/member (1200)
- Flyers must be provided by advertiser.
- McHCAR may copy flyers (B&W or color) for additional fee to be determined based on design and layout of advertisement.
- Multiple month flyer insertion service pricing (per month):
- $150 for 1 flyer per office (160)
- $325 for 1 flyer per REALTOR®/member (1200)
- Flyers must be provided by advertiser.

- 4 issues per year
- Changes to the ad during the year will result in a $50 fee for each occurrence unless submitted at the time of contract.
- Ads are sold only in annual subscriptions

Rules, Disclaimers and Disclosures
- All ad copy, design, hyperlinks, website promotion, layout, content, etc. must be submitted to the Association and be approved prior to being sent out.
- Timeliness of submissions is critical to allow staff time to prepare for circulation. It is the duty of the advertiser to check with staff regarding deadlines.
- The McHenry County Association of REALTORS® retains the sole rights to approval and may, at its own discretion, deny any advertiser for any or no reason at any time even if approval had already been given.
In such a case, however, any fees paid would be reimbursed.
- All fees are due in advance. Under no circumstances will advertising occur without payment having already been made. Copyrights may become the property of McHCAR upon distribution.
- McHCAR will never allow its media to be used to solicit agents, listings, etc. from other brokerages.
- McHCAR does not sell, trade or otherwise distribute its members’ contact information.
