I'm happy to report that the payment options allowing you to choose how often and how to pay your dues was very well received. Additionally, McHCAR has further expanded the payment options rolled out last June to include Discover and American Express. We remain committed to helping our members be successful in their business and that includes how they pay their fees.
Renewal time is here; and, this is your opportunity to change your frequency to any of the options — monthly, quarterly or annually. Keep in mind that the quarterly and annual are the only two that allow for cash or check payments while all three allow for savings off your dues by paying with a credit card. NOTE: Dues are non-refundable. If you are uncertain of your future, choose the plan that matches your business plans, that is, either monthly or quarterly (probably not the annual option). The online form at www.McHCAR.com is the best way to complete this renewal task as it auto-populates most information, making your form more user friendly than a hard copy possibly could. The completed form, however, still needs to be printed and faxed to the Association at 815.893.5110 as we need your signature on file. The RPAC (REALTORŪ Political Action Committee) contributions section has changed slightly. While these contributions are "your insurance policy in real estate", they are voluntary.
